My Story

Rebecca Rideout is a native of Northeast Tennessee with deep roots in the Butler and Elizabethton communities. She graduated from East Tennessee State University with a
Bachelor of Business Administration, focusing on Human Resource Management. Following several years in management roles, encompassing both general and human
resources, and relocating across states, Rebecca transitioned to a career in real estate.After matching many unique skills and abilities to jobs, matching clients’ needs to their largest lifetime purchase became second nature. Today, she owns and operates Property Advisors real estate firm and serves as the managing broker of Arbella Properties of Greeneville.   Rebecca holds numerous certifications, including GRI, GRI
Master, CRS, and Luxury Homes Sales Certified. Currently in her third term as a Director of the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors, Rebecca is deeply involved in her community. She has served or currently serves on various boards, including Greene County Partnership, Greene County Zoning
Commission, Link Hills Golf Club, Youth Builders, Former Census 2020 Co-Chairmanship, Former Tourism Task Force Committee, and Derby Days Fundraiser for Second Harvest Food Bank Committee 2023, among others. 

In her leisure time,Rebecca enjoys baking, reading, playing the piano, traveling, offering makeovers and
skin care tutorials through her fun-time role at Merle Norman Cosmetics of Greeneville,
and working out. She holds her faith and family in high regard; her grown children,
Nicholas and Ley, reside in Nashville and Maryland, respectively.
